Milorad Dodik admitted that he asked for help from Russia, without specifying which one. He said that he asked for medical supplies and air assistance from Russia, but a few seconds later he said that he was joking.
"We will take over the barracks in RS and set up our guards and decide who can enter and who can't," Dodik said.
Dodik's just threatened to use violence against BiH Armed Forces
Dodik threatened with a '92 scenario.
"We will take over the barracks of the Armed Forces as Slovenes of the JNA barracks in 1992," Dodik said
"I will give state judges and prosecutors a deadline to leave RS. If we do not do that, we will take action," Dodik said.
